A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM

The plot of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is built around several couples of lovers, noblemen, King and Queen of fairies, mischievous 'Puck', fairies and amateur actors. A magical potion put by Puck mistakenly on a wrong person creates a serie of misunderstanding and confusions. All marvelous transformations occour in the forest inhabited by the faries and elves on the night of full moon. The play is very rich in allusions to Greek mythology, the form and language of the play is extremely brilliant and virtuoso.
